Five Golden Dinar currency put into Iraqs Market

The CBI released the image of the new 5 dinar gold coin (yea).....interesting now we wait for the CBI to publish the value of the 5 dinar coin. If the 5 dinar coin is real gold, then you can expect the value to be extremely high (similar to the US $10 gold Eagle coin). However, if the 5 dinar coin in not real gold, then you can still expect a nominal value. No way the CBI can release the 5 dinar coin into circulation with a value of 1170 per dollar, it would cost more to make the 5 dinar coin than its purchasing power.

Is this just a commemorative coin? Like our U.S. Treasury does?
