Here we are members in an elusive investment that hides its face around every corner with most saying it’s going to happen, but yet another day goes by and the face of an RV/RI but yet still hides itself. Why, no one really knows. No one really knows the date or the rate, “maybe not even the CBI or IMF. But, I can tell you this much you are in a great place. In my opinion the powers that be are still studying the effects of behavioral economics.

“Behavioral economics and the related field, behavioral finance, study the effects of social, cognitive, and emotional factors on the economic decisions of individuals and institutions and the consequences for market prices, returns, and the resource allocation. The
fields are primarily concerned with the bounds of rationality of economic agents.”

Behavioral economics is a major key to a countries currency value. It requires certain laws to be put in place to curve certain activity so that that activity will not affect the market place and values. It is also a factor of supply, demand and trends that affect the loaning of money. Without these laws in place Iraq will not revalue its currency. Below is an article that came out recently discussing why Iraq is not eligible for full membership in the WTO. I have only selected key points to show you, the reader, what is
meant.

The laws that Iraq needs to pass are called the “TRIPS” Agreement “Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights”. These laws regulate all facets of intellectual property rights for both imports and exports. These are the laws the above article is talking about.

Iraq cannot by itself depend upon oil to value its currency; it must also use all other facets of industry and agriculture, among others in the equation. Iraq is working very diligently in getting these laws passed. Without these laws in place the value of a countries currency might as well be where Iraq’s is now.

Behavioral economics also includes the spending of individuals in the market place and consumer protection laws, which helps boost the economy of a country. Below is an article touching on this subject and Iraq’s devotion to getting these laws passed.

He noted: there are many economic laws are disabled, some waiting for legislation in the House and the other is activated by the Council of Ministers, such as the law on the protection of the domestic producer and consumer protection and anti-trust and tariff, saying if they had been activated to push economy forward.”

In my opinion Iraq cannot RV/RI without having these laws in place, once the above laws are in place we should see the due we have been waiting for, for such a long while.

Iraqi government has a very good teacher about getting things done....The U.S. House and Senate. No wonder it's taking so long.
