fyi before I post - this is in regards to the "military" placement at this pont:

"Portal Iraq" BAGHDAD - Kurdistan Alliance MP and member of the security and defense committee MP Hassan Jihad Amin said in a statement Friday that "the most prominent outcomes of the meeting of the Kurdish delegation of military and military delegation in Baghdad represented a delegation from the Ministry of Defense and Interior is the withdrawal of troops coming to disputed areas between Baghdad and Erbil to what it was previously, as well as finding a new mechanism for the distribution of these forces in these areas and the joint forces while the application of Article 140 of the Constitution. He pointed out that "the Kurdish delegation feet {15} a proposal to address this problem after remedy the core issues," noting that "next Sunday will witness the signing of important topics that have been agreed upon at the meeting of the two delegations military in Arbil."

The military was a Kurdish delegation visited Baghdad last Wednesday included both Karim Sinjari, the interior minister, Jaffar Mustafa, Minister of Peshmerga territorial Government, accompanied by two teams Jabbar Yawar and Shirwan Abdul Rahman of the General Command of the Peshmerga forces.

Upon arrival to the headquarters of the General Command of the Iraqi Armed Forces and held a joint meeting with the Minister of Defense Agency Saadoun al-Dulaimi, and Ahmed al-Khafaji, Undersecretary of the Interior Ministry, and the team Farouk al-Araji, director of the Office of the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, and the team's first corner Ali Ghaidan ground forces commander, attended the meeting Gen. Caslen representative U.S. Embassy in Baghdad.
