because they are currency traders. They can only sell on a margin basis within legal parameters based on the rate established by the country's currency exchange value. They can't take part in "hot money" or supply and demand "values". They also have to have purchased their own supply of speculation currency. They can't legally speculate with the currency they have on hand to sell. They will be selling until the very second that a rate change is posted, and then they will continue to sell at the new rate. They make their money daily on speculation sales margins and speculation purchase margins. It's just like a stock broker in essence. If your stock goes up your broker makes money, if your stock goes down your broker makes money. If you are acquitted your lawyer gets paid, if you get convicted your lawyer gets paid. If you survive the surgery your doctor gets paid, if you die on the table your doctor gets paid. If your elected officials do a good job they get paid...oh sh*t never mind that one you get the idea.

Great post and put so simple that a caveman can understand it. Of course the bottom line is that it has not RV'd yet, when it does it will be on CBI, Forex and the banks. That is when we can say "It has RV'd" and that is when it will mean something to us and not until then. God Bless and thanks.

It'll happen when it does. I am looking at Sept for some moves. I suggest focused energy carefully. Sprinting and never getting there no longer works for me.
