layaways/ laybuys

i see that dinar ali ( i think that is the one ) is now ,if you put in a reserve order with him he is now giving you a certain amount of dinar that is less than the paid amount of the reserve order you placed ( the person i have been dealing with for a year now has ALWAYS done that ) . i wonder if he has realised that all the people that ali and the other dinar dealers have done layaways with probably have the right to receive some compensation for placing reserves and not receiving anything for it . i am not a lawyer and do not know the law in this situation , but i would think that if i gave someone some money i would and should expect to receive something in return ,
