I can't comment on the article as it is the Arabic link and I don't read Arabic.

However, if the article says that the leaders have in fact agreed to withdraw confidence from Maliki, I think that is a great thing and should move us forward to the October time frame nicely. That is assuming he leaves quietly and doesn't try to bring the military into it. JMHO
