Very very very LONG read - however - informational.

The SIGIR is withdrawing from Iraq in July.

Noteworthy:

On page 84 you will find this published on lower left of page, not the 84th page of pdf
“In April 2012, the CoM postponed indefinitely plans for a currency reform that would have removed three zeros from the Iraqi dinar in 2013 and required the issuance of new currency notes. The reform would have made the dinar’s value slightly less than $1. It is currently worth less than onetenth of a cent.

As I read thru this document and piece this together I will add posts throughout the day. I would highly suggest though, that for your OWN sanity, you bring up the link and read as you can until YOU have read the whole document.

Giving credit where credit is due - I did not personally find this. Another "hardcore to facts" individual posted where my spouse could see it, and I was awakened this morning to : "Heres one for you".

Is all the work done, or are they telegraphing the end of Chapter 7?

My belief is they are at an understanding that Iraq will be out of Chapter 7 in June, and therefore no longer needed in Iraq after that point. Just awaiting the official call (IMHO)

There is sooo much information in that report, and aside from paging throug in magazine style and printing 2 pages at a time, I cannot, nor can anyone else who has tried, copy and paste ANYTHING from it. Quite frustrating when your trying to put out facts...lol
