Why is this RV thing taking so long if everything is done?
I don't get it. Isn't the US Government not going to benefit from this, just from the taxes alone?
Or am I missing something. scratch

This has been happening since 2003, it will happen in its own time frame. If the iqd has not changed this week, I look to the month of sept. Oct 1 will be an important date for global banking.. All I can say beyond that is don't get caught up in the date rate game. Purchase more based on YOUR OWN due dilligence and reasonable finances. Best advice I can offer.
