Different Rate per Country?

Here is a link from dinar recaps - discussing the different rates per country for USA - China and Canada....based on the amout of debt they had.
So based on this Canada would get half of the rate of US...I hope that's not necessarily the case...

Along with this it's possible that the value of the US dollar and CAD dollar would change as well...which would make it interesting...

Not trying to be negative, but I wouldn't put a whole lot into what the "experts" say. They've been wrong 100% of the time.

The reasen there are so many rate variations is because they are seeing placeholders and pings which are not the rate. Okie and bulldog think the placeholder is the rate and are telling everyone it is when it is not. Does anyone else realize this? Why don't they know better than that? All of the calling it just wears me out and I feel for the ones who are new and haven't learned the track record yet.
