Bank Packages

Where do we go to register so that we may get a bank package to cash in at a Wells Fargo or Chase bank? I would like to ensure that I receive one when the RV is activated. Please direct me. Thank you for all that you do! I love hearing all of the positive energy in this forum.

SORRY PRETTY SURE I MISSED THIS ONE WHAT IS A BANK PACKAGE ? I SUFFER FROM NEWBIES.

I am new here. Will all people who registered on this site receive a bank package automatically? Or must I request one? Is there a cost to getting one?

I think there is a confusion of this OOM site and it's spinoff site 3s. I may be mistaken but I do not recall a promise of "bank packages" on the OOM Forum or Chat. I believe there were things in the works for post-RV suggested. Maybe a Mod can clear this up?

I have a question. I've just spent the last 3 hours calling banks again. I've done this in the past twice and still getting "we are not dealing in iraqi dinar". I've talk to people from teller level to management. All big 4 banks, all size branchs. When I read about these bank packages it just adds to my fears that at least on some level we are being scammed. When you throw the names of these hugh banks out there they are in a way making it look like they(the banks) are endorsing this. After skeaking to at least 30 differant people you would think someone would know about this.I still think this is going to happen, but please stop throwing around info that can't be confirmed.

I think the packages being discussed will be explained after RV. I also think they were set up at level in the banks that goes beyond the normal or most likely above even Regonial Mgrs.

Thanks guy. I'm not part of a group and just want to have a game plan. I'm finding it hard to do. I think I would feel safer working with a bank. I also would like to find one where I could cash in and not have to be sent out. striking out at ever turn!

If you have a Key Bank in your area, they buy/sell IQD right now. But I'm sure after RV any bank that does Foreign Currency will be dealing in the IQD.

I get your issue as far as saftey goes, Dealers vs. Banks, I guess it depends on the rates banks will be offering vs how safe are the dealers, we are all in hopes of a very small spread and a safe cashin procedure, only time will tell.

I work alone as well..rest assured once the RV occurs you will be able to work with WF, Chase, BOA and Citibank..Also, as far as I can tell all 4 have ability to validate and deposit your currency on site...Don't worry..be happy...!!!!!

Not exactly Globalbiz...one of the 3 Branch Managers at the larger Chase branch here in Mid-D/FW area said they will have to send it out to be verified...

Can't quite figure why they say that, when he said "They have had 100's of people come in with Hundreds of Millions of Dinar to cash in"...so they can't afford 3 lousy De La Rue Machines to verify On-Site to keep all these people with all this money happy ?

I informed him I WILL NOT release my Dinar for outside verification...if they can't do it ON-Site when I bring it in with me there, I WILL go somewhere else !!!

Yes safety is a big isue, but at what rate? Currently banks are both selling and buying at a lower rate than any dealer.
