It will happen. I don't know when and it is abundantly clear that no one (Not noone) knows when it is going to happen, except maybe Shabibi and I'm not convinced that he knows at this particular moment. As to the rate, it will be between .10 and 12.00. I know that because the GooRoos have said it.

A little levity (or at least I hope it is received that way). I have created in my mind this little guy named "Nuunie" taken from the use of noone. There is no such word in the dictionary as noone. When people say noone knows the rate and noone knows the date, I say to myself, "if we could just find this guy Nuunie, he can tell us the date and the rate". But alas, Nunnie is an elusive character and perhaps we shall never have advance notice even though Nunnie knows the rate and the date.
