It would be great to at least equal the Kuwaiti Dinar rate of $0.27. And yes anything lower is a definite plus.

I read a post last night where the person said they did a trace of the CBI.IQ to a server in Texas with another link to the CIA. I believe he said this is just a front for and to keep the Americans in the dark and he mentioned that we should be looking for CBI.?? I wish I could remember those two question marks. They were letters.

THIS IS MY REPOST

I have converted the currencies from about 4 different Forex Sites & came to this
RATE USD= 14 Cents No worries has not traded on the GLOBAL MARKET..This rate should
increase quickly...Hope soo anyway...But if its 14 cents...Thats good for me...

It's my understand (I can be proven to be wrong) that there are (2) CBI sites.

One site is the one that we, as the general public can see and monitor.

The 2nd site will not become visable until all the pinging has stopped and the rate has been locked in

Hate to burst your bubble AJ. There is something going on and the quotes that a number of us saw late last night, early this morning proves something very good is going on.

I'm just telling you this rather than give you the print out images from these sites just so you can learn to think ahead rather than write blindly.

Why would fpark121, myself and others on this and other sites be sending each other these links and images of the rates we saw if not other than yes something good is happening to the dinar and its pending RV?

I saw the anomaly of $1 to 6.7696 IQD earlier today but that is not 1 IQD=$6.7696. In fact if it had stayed it would have meant 6.7696 IQD per dollar or 1 IQD = $0.1477.

As far as the RV having happened in Iraq, my team (military) can still buy as of yesterday IQD at the posted rate of approx 1169 IQD per $1 (1 IQD = 0.0008549). My EOD guys have seen 50's denominations but no bank postings in or out of the green zone.

Did it ever occur to you idiots that there may be system testing going on within the Forex system in preparation for final approvals of Iraq’s sovereign status (UN, IMF, and WTO); so the IQD can be formally paired. What you are seeing is nothing more than system test "pings" or anomalies.

By the way, Iraq is not out of Chapter VII. Let me say this again in case you missed it, "IRAQ IS NOT YET OUT OF CHAPTER VII".

Oh, and by the by. Check out the new tariff, and the customs laws for Iraq. You will see that non-Iraqis that come into Iraq may not leave the country with more Iraqi Dinar than they brought into the country with them.

On 6/20/2011 the Iraqi Council of Ministers gave Shabibi the go ahead to release lower denoms which are being staged in several locations within Iraq. At his 7/21/2011 meeting with the Iraq Banking Governors, he outlined the need to upgrade their banking system "to an optimum level" thru "slow implementation" during 2011.”

Iraq will get the "RV" based on its schedule, not yours.

And while you may claim not to post BS, you obviously cannot read. At the Bank of Bagdad Currency Converter US$1 = 1195.43 IQD and not 1.19 IQD.

Folks,

Any up swing in the IQD, to me, is good.

But this "testing" that some people say is happening, I have a couple of questins to ask yourselves,

1) Why is testing now?
2) Why IQD?
3) Why only the IQD?
4) If there are others, which ones?
5) If there are others, is the Dong in the others?
6) If it is testing, why so many different forex sites?

I don't know the answers to any of the questins, but just thinking out loud is all.

When someone posts the above link talking about the currency rate and about it being changed and then when you go check it and the posting shows the regular rates, as usual, stop and think please before you come on any of these sites whining, 'Well this hasn't changed. Two nights ago this same site was showing 1 USD = 6.? IQD for several hours then went back to the norm. Perhaps when this happens again, and it will, copy the screen and post it here. IMO they r just testing the system. Getting ready for the big day. bigsmile

Not doubting the changing and testing ... I've seen it myself. And sadly, you make many assumptions about people all the while knowing nothing about them, their backgrounds, or otherwise. My comment was simply in response to the rude and arrogant tone with which you choose to respond to people.

I think that if you are trying to equate your posts with the teachings of "Think and Grow Rich" you should go back and reread your post again. As for me, there is never any need for taking the long way around, I can take it.
