Just need help to understand

Good Moring everybody.. I've followed F.... since the IIF and I don't say much but I've got these Questions... Help Please....
When D.... said " Shabbi came out yesturday and told the people of Iraq that he is going to revaule the dinar at $.86 or $1.30 USD...... Is this what he said or are we putting together what is coming from Delta's intel and the speech or is that what Shabbi said ....and if Shabbi said that..... and if this is all about the Dinar and Iraqi people understanding the new rate for the RI...... Would it not be easier to just tell them that there dinar was 1170 to 1 USD and now it 0.86 or 1.30 IDQ... they would understand that and would be easy to figure out exchange rate.... Just my thought. My last question is.... If Shabbi didn't use the $ sign in his speech and was talking about the exchange rate --- DINAR VER USD .... on this exchange for a 1,000,000 dinar at 0.86 dinars per USD would equal ($1.162791) making that million worth in USD $1,162,790.70 and for the 1,000,000 dinar at 1.30 dinars per USD would equal ($0.769231) making that million worth in USD $769,230.77.... Thank you for helping me understand this before hand... and F.... HOO-RA

I do not believe that Shabibbi would have stated ANY rate number....would be stupid and it would be all over the web. He didn't some idiot decided to put their own numbers in. He did speak yesterday about the revaluation, dropping the 000 and something else. don't worry about the rate. we'll see it soon enough
