7:15:38] papajack: weaver Here is my intel, I don't really have any more sources than friends that have been in this a long time and I read a lot. I was fortunate enough to meet a person that actually works for the IMF and has told me exactly how the RV process works and he actually worked on this project. So here is what I was told and you guy's can take it for what it is worth. I don't know the date or the rate, here's what I was told, Iraq works with the IMF, they agree on a rate, S presents his rate to M and they approve it, M presents the rate to the IMF and they approve it, it is then presented to the BIS and they release it. I believe all that has been done for awhile. I also think the RV'd in June country to country to prepare for the PUBLIC ACTIVATION. Now here is what I told about the rate, my source laughs at these crazy high rates, I was told expect it to be the 3+ range or maybe low 4's and if it comes out low it will go up. There you go I am at the mercy of the last minute intel as much as any of you, maybe a little better connected for info but I'm in here just like you. And as you can see we are being effected by politics for the final release. So there you have it I'm just a retired airline pilot and minister invited to this party by MY FATHER IN HEAVEN.
