Maliki's plan to announce the Secirity ministers

"Nouri al-Maliki's responsibility for delaying the selection of a candidate of the Iraqi Ministry of Defense"
"The leader of the coalition of state law and the MP / National Alliance / Abbas al-Bayati, announced that the file naming security ministries will be placed after the Eid al-Adha"
After the Eid al-Adha the first file will have the interest of the political blocs, the resolution of the security ministries"
Then lookup what Eid-al-Adha is and you'll find the dates of when it runs

How many times have we heard that maliki was going to name the ministers?????????????????????and he keeps postponing it---as long as the Erbil is not finalized,maliki has all the power as PM.The minute it is put into play,the ministers announced---his hands are handcuffed behind his back,and he has almost NO power--hence the delay!!!

He's done this how many times? Do they even matter for the RV? There are many and varied answers to that question. Which one is correct? Only the Phantom knows!
