Our military Intel Contact just said that if, as some were claiming, codes were not entered on Sat 21 Aug, that there would be NO exchanges going on today Tues. 24 Aug.
Our guy said that the new rates and procedures were locked in Tues. morning 24 Aug. at 3:14 am EST.
He confirmed that today Tues.’s 24 Aug. exchanges were test exchanges for the RV security teams to get ready for Tier 4B this week.
Our guy reported that Wed 25 Aug was a key day for GESARA/NESARA, finishing arrests, restored Republic issues and RV related issues behind the scenes.
Wed. 25 Aug. at 9:30 am EST the Gold Standard/USN would be fully online in the US.
Other of Fleming’s sources reported: Redemption Centers were seeing people to exchange only IQD today Tues. 24 Aug and GESARA goes into effect tomorrow Wed. 25 Aug. There were big exchanges going on right now, today Tues. 24 Aug, Dinar only, with Chase Bank. Friends and family were going in right now to exchange, with Redemption Center in Grand Rapids, MI [and other redemption centers]. Recipients received USN credit today Tues. 24 Aug, to convert to spendable cash tomorrow Wed. 25 Aug. Some Tier 3-4A groups and bond holders were being told liquidity by tonight-tomorrow Tues. –Wed. 24-25 Aug.

He advised us to be thankful for this progress and keep prayers going up as Tier 4B’s turn was coming this week.
The RV release happened when Iraq RV’d on Mon. 16 Aug. at 6am. Iraq notified their people in the mosques, TV and digital phones that they had a new rate for the IQD. There were multiple confirmations that the Iraqi Dinar In-Country Rate was $3.85, while the Iraqi Dinar International Rate was $19.80.
