Mubasher: The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, received today, Sunday, at the Peace Palace in Baghdad, the co-chair of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Pavel Talabani.

During the meeting, according to a statement issued by the Presidency of the Republic in Iraq, the political developments in the country were discussed, and the importance of strengthening communication and dialogue and resolving outstanding issues between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government in accordance with the constitution and legal frameworks, in a manner that achieves social justice and preserves the rights of all employees and citizens, was emphasized. Providing the requirements for a decent living is a priority.

The Presidency of the Republic indicated that the importance of cooperation and joint coordination between the institutions of the federal government and the regional government was emphasized.
