A Statement issued from the Central Bank of Iraq
لغرض اكمال هيكل الاوراق النقدية العراقية ووضع فئة عالية القيمة في التداول, يسر البنك المركزي العراقي ان يعلن للجمهور الكريم عن اصدار ورقة نقدية فئة (50000) دينار (خمسون الف دينار) بابعاد 65 ملم عرض, 156 ملم طول ويغلب عليها اللون البني الفاتح باستثناء الزخارف الاطارية التي اخذت اللون الغامق, وتم طباعتها باستخدام نوعية فائقة الجودة من روق الطباعة مع وضع عدد من العلامات الامنية والفنية فيها. ونود ان نبين ما يلي بصدد هذه الورقة:
For the purpose of the completion of the structure of the Iraqi banknotes, and to place a category which has a high value in circulation, The Central Bank of Iraq is happy to announce to the generous public the issue of a banknote belonging to the category of (50000) Dinars (Fifty thousand dinars) with the dimensions of 65 mm width, 156 mm height and predominantly colored light brown except the border decorations which took the dark color. It was printed using a very high quality of printing paper while adding a number of security and technical indicators. We would like to elucidate the following about this note:
1-وجه الورقة ويتضمن ما يلي:
ا- التاريخين الهجري (1436 ه) والميلادي (2015 م)
1-The face of the note which includes the following:

1. a) The Hijri (1436 H) and the Gregorian (2015 AD) dates.
   

ب- توقيع محافظ البنك المركزي العراقي وكالة السيد (علي محسن اسماعيل)

1. b) The signature of the agent of the governor of the Central Bank of Iraq Mr (Ali Muhsin Ismail)
   

ج- كتابات باللغة العربية (البنك المركزي العراقي, خمسون الف دينار, ورقة نقدية صادرة بموجب القانون عن البنك المركزي العراقي).

1. c) Writings in the Arabic language (The Central Bank of Iraq, Fifty thousand Dinars, Banknote issued in accordance with the law on behalf of the Central Bank of Iraq).
   

د-الرقم التسلسلي للورقة وهو عبارة عن كسر يتضمن البسط حرف الياء والمقام تسلسل الطبعة اضافة الى تسلسل الورقة في الكسر العشري ووضع الرقم في الجهة اليمنى بصورة عمودية وفي اسفل الجانب الايسر من الورقة بصورة افقية

1. d) The note’s serial number, which is a fraction including the letter “Ya’” as a numerator and the serial number of the print as a denominator, in addition to the serial number of the note in the decimal while putting the number on the right side vertically, and below on the lower left side of the note horizontally.
   

هـ- صورة تخطيطية لنواعير الفرات والنخيل في وسط الورقة وصورة لاحد شلالات كوردستان في الجهة اليمنى من وجه الورقة.

1. e) Graphical image of the waterwheels of the Euphrates and palms in the middle of the note, along with an image of one of the waterfalls in Kurdistan on the right side of the face of the note.
   

و-خيط ضمان مشبك بعرض 4 ملم في وسطها يحتوي على مؤثرات متحركة يتغير لونه من الاخضر الى الازرق عند امالة الورقة النقدية كتبت عليه عبارة البنك المركزي العراقي.

1. f) Clipped security thread having 4 mm width in its middle containing animated effects changing color from green to blue when tilting the banknote, having the phrase “The Central Bank of Iraq” written on it.
   

ز-علامة امنية تم طباعتها بالحبر المغناطيسي متغير اللون (سبارك) يتغير لونها من الازرق الى الاخضر عند امالة الورقة. وقد وضعت في صورة الجرة الاشورية.

1. g) Security mark printed with magnetic ink that changes color (Spark). It changes colors from blue to green when the note is tilted. It is put in the image of an Assyrian jar.
   

ح- علامة امنية متقدمة تعرف بالنافذة الشفافة في الركن الايمن الاعلى لوجه الورقة النقدية (والركن الايسر الاعلى بالنسبة لظهرها) تظهر عليه صورة المئذنة الملوية في سامراء عند وضعها على خلفية بيضاء فيما يظهر الرقم (50000) عند وضعها على خلفية داكنة.

1. h) Advanced security mark known as “transparent window” on the right side of the face of the banknote (the upper left side on the back as well) showing the graphic of the Twisted Minaret in Samarra when putting it on a white background, and showing the number (50000) when putting it on a dark background.
   

ط- شريط معدني يمتد من أعلى النافذة الشفافة على عرض الورقة النقدية يحتوي على النخلة ورقم الفئة يتغير لونه عند امالة الورقة النقدية.

1. i) Metallic strip extending from the upper part of the “transparent window” through the width of the banknote containing a palm and the category number changing color while tilting the banknote.
   

ي- تركيب ضد محاولات التزييف بالاستنساخ.

1. j) Composition against counterfeiting attempts by copying.
   

ك- علامة المكفوفين وهي عبارة عن اربعة خطوط افقية مستقيمة في منتصف الجهه اليسرى من وجه الورقة.

1. k) A mark for the disabled which consists of four horizontal straight lines in the middle of the left side of the face of the note.
   

ل- شعيرات ملونة مرئية وغير مرئية.

1. l) Visible and invisible colored bristles.
   

م- العلامة المائية (رأس الحصان) في الجهه اليسرى من وجه الورقة والجهه اليمنى لظهرها.

1. m) Watermarks (head of the horse) on the left side of the face of the note, and the right side of the back of the note.
   

ن- صفة التطابق وهي عبارة عن نخلة اشورية نصفها مطبوع في وجه الورقة والنصف الاخر في ظهرها تظهر كاملة عند عرض الورقة على الضوء.

1. n) Matching characteristic is an Assyrian palm, half is printed on the face of the note and the other half is on the back of the note, which appears complete when exposing the note to light.
   

س- علامة الاثر المرتفع وهي عبارة عن صورتين (زقورة اور والرقم 50000) تظهر احداهما وتختفي الاخرى عند امالة الورقة. وتوجد هذه العلامة في الجهه السفلى اليمنى من وجه الورقة.

1. o) High impact mark consisting of two images (Ziggurat of Ur and the number 50000) when one appears the other disappears while tilting the note. This mark is in the lower right side of the face of the note.
   

ق- العلامة المائية الضوئية وهي عبارة عن الرقم (50000) توجد في الجهه اليسرى من وجه الورقة.

1. p) Water light mark of the number (50000) on the left side of the face of the note.
   

2-ظهر الورقة ويتضمن ما يلي:
2-The back of the note, containing the following:
ا- صورة تخطيطية لاهوار العراق تتضمن بيت القصب وعدد من الصيادين ومجموعة من الحيوانات (جواميس وطيور) وصورة لنخيل العراق مع تخطيط نهري دجله والفرات ضمن خارطة العراق.

1. a) Graphical image of the marshes of Iraq including a straw house, a number of fishermen, a group of animals (buffalos and birds) and a picture of Iraqi palm with a graphic of the Euphrates and Tigris rivers included in the map of Iraq.
   

وباللغة الكوردية (بانكي ناوه ندي عيراق, به نجاه زاردينار.(50000, Fifty Thousand Dinars, Central Bank of Iraq)ب-كتابات باللغة الانكليزية

1. b) Writings in English (50000, Fifty Thousand Dinars, Central Bank of Iraq) and in Kurdish language (Banke nawah nadi Airaq, peh najah zardinar)
   

3- تم طلاء الورقة النقدية بطلاء واقي وذلك لاطالة عمر الورقة وحمايتها من الاوساخ والاتربة.
3- The note was painted with a protective paint to increase the note’s lifespan and protect it from dirt and dust.
