Al-Rafidain announces its legal measures against those who have car loans

Al-Rafidain Bank announced, on Tuesday, its legal measures against those who own car loans, in order to preserve public money.

"The bank has taken legal and administrative measures against lagging borrowers who failed to pay their monthly installments for car loans, as well as withholding the salaries of the sponsors," the bank’s media office said in a statement.

The bank confirmed, "The existence of committees to follow up the implementation of the legal conditions that would collect the bank’s debts and conduct field trips to the branches to follow up on that."

The statement indicated that "the first batch of the names of the laggards for car loans was published on the following link https://www.facebook.com/rafedainbank/, and the other names will be attached to subsequent meals."
