On Tuesday, the representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, Jenin Plasschaert, described the economic situation in Iraq as "worrying," and while stressing the need to address the "quotas and favoritism" file, she welcomed the decrease in attacks on diplomatic missions.
