Mike: Too many things going for things not to happen

Curious on some thoughts on RV either IQD or VND and the month of May, early June.
May seems to be lining up with some big events.
Sometime around the first or second week of May, the new “currency manipulation” list hits the streets, along the same timeline, the OPEC+ deal is suppose to go into effect. Around 23 May, Ramadan ends and between then and the first week of June, a big meeting is taking place in Iraq with the IMF, WB, WTO and the USA. About that same time frame, the USMCA goes into affect.
Saying all that, it neither happen in or around that time frame, will the RV happen at all in ‘20?
Just trying to get people’s thoughts and inputs. Too many things going on IMO for things not to happen but, I have zero clue, hence the reason why I am asking.
