The RV is being done to correct the values of national currencies to their true values, making a level playing field for all nations. This is necessary for international fairness, supporting peace and prosperity for all. We are told that the corrected currency values are used in the new international trade agreements which seem to be coming into effect in June. The world could start using the corrected currency values at any time before June. I vote for today! This is the RV.
The GCR is a hangover from the one-world government plan to establish a single world currency in order to dominate the world population and destroy the individual nations. We have won, so this will not happen.
