The Constitutional Amendments Committee ends the discussion of the proposed amendments to independent bodies and begins reading the powers of the federal authorities A24I8992-800x445

On Monday 13/1/2020, the Constitutional Amendments Committee, chaired by MP Faleh Al-Sari, Chairman of the Committee and the presence of its members and representatives of the United Nations, held a meeting to complete the constitutional amendments and review the amendment proposals submitted to the Committee.

During the meeting that was held in the House of Representatives, reading the constitutional articles in the section of independent bodies was completed, and reading the articles of the powers of the federal authorities began.

Members of the committee expressed their observations on the articles and proposals of the amendment, as well as opening the door for discussion on the importance of these amendments and their positive dimensions, present and future, in addition to offering some experiences of developed countries with a pioneering democratic experience to benefit from them and for the purpose of maturing better the formulation and contents of the amendment proposals.
