According to Bruce and others, the QFS is a new system that has COMPLETELY transitioned over the old SWIFT system.

One of my clients sent a SWIFT just last week. Everybody uses the system in the export/import business for hard commodities like petroleum, metals, foods, etc.. SWIFT is a messaging system between banks. Mention the QFS to any of them, and they'll look at you like your crazy.

And, BTW, the FED is still independent and functioning as our central bank. And if you think the IRS is gone, try not paying your taxes this April. You'll learn the hard way that they are still functioning. And none of that will change without action from Congress.

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for either to happen.
