Baghdad - news

Parliament member, Kazem Al-Sayyadi, confirmed today, Thursday, that the new election law for the parliament will bring space representatives.

In a tweet to him on Twitter, Al-Sayyadi said: "The new election law will produce space representatives."

He added: "This is due to the determination of the number of deputies according to population proportions."

It is noteworthy that the Iraqi Council of Representatives, voted on the 24th of last December, unanimously to pass the new election law by the individual candidacy system, and to win for those who obtain the highest percentage of votes, a law that was a major demand from the demands of the protests taking place in Iraq since last October.
