Baghdad / Al-Akhbariya:
Protesters in the squares expressed their rejection of the Parliamentary Elections Law, which was recently approved by Parliament without adding three main paragraphs to it.

The demonstrators told Al-Akhbaria that "the election law is incomplete because it is devoid of reducing the number of members of parliament, adopting biometric voting, identifying early elections and setting their date within the law."

They demanded that Parliament reconsider the law and place those paragraphs within the new law to meet the aspirations of the street. "
