Has any country ever revalued their currency before in the manner in which we are all anticipating? If, so, did anyone other than insiders (handful of people) make their fortunes based on this?

I have military people who say US officers in Kuwait pulled out millions of KWD dinar in suitcases and the enlisted did not get it or see it happening, as Kuwait was on fire in 50 percent of the villages...

And the may not have gotten a 1,000 percent return, but it was huge...

There probably are other similar deals, but since Al Gore invented the Internet (lol) the WWW has really brought the IQD to a larger group (still relatively small ) with better research and " intel " than probably desired by Shabibi and the IMF.

That is why I am sure it will happen, but not until they pull in a set amount of three zero dinar so they can fully realize the gain of this event...we dinarians are simply a thorn to them, and probably to the elite...but we who perservere will be rewarded...

My latest belief from reading and talking to my own intel makes me believe the rate will start at $1.00, then you 'll have 90 days to cash in. then it will reval to 3.22 or so, but in country it will be less, including the Warka accounts; they can do that cause they will not allow Dinar to enter or Leave their country...

Some did in Kuwait, but yes it was different, but Feisty is right the web is the key, there are more secrets.

But we all know people who know and won't buy, but the information is out there, maybe if we quit lookining for it, it will find us.

I have a question to add to yours 1alaskan. Can anyone out there answer this. IF, this IQD is suppose to RV NOW, or SOON, or done as SOME say, and IF we have been told for one year the CBI was PULLING 3 zero bills OUT OF THE public, WHY, oh WHY, are Internet Dealers STILL getting BILLIONS and BILLIONS and BILLIONS of uncirculated IQD to sell?? THAT is what makes NO sense to me. IF what we are being told is TRUE, why is the CBI or whomever prints these IQD STILL FLOODING and PUMPING the world markets and dealers with BILLIONS of IQD. That stream OUGHT to dry up and there be LESS and LESS, not MORE and MORE.

I understood that the printing was done. Something like 27 Trillion, so that in it self tells me that the rates above $4.00 are wrong.

But do the dealers "own" the IQD they are selling?, or are they on "consignment"? Cheap and easy to get more. If the estimates are correct, investors in the US alone, now have more IQD than any one country, so there is plenty out there.

But the idea has ben put forth that as long as the IQD is selling, no need to RV as Iraq sells about 180 Billion in USD per day, they have plenty of cash flow.

So maybe Iraq is flooding the market with no intentions of stopping till sales do.

Your question has crossed many minds for sure. What got me first thinking of where the dinar were coming from was when I received my 3rd order wrapped in printing paper and I saw that the colors of the prints on the dinar , had caught on to the printing paper Rolling Eyes

....this didn't seem right to me and still doesn't. I did check there authenticity as far as the security features but still im not convinced. So how does this relate to what is being said"?....well, how long ago were they printed?....Because the ink sure as heck says different if someone were to say this dinars have been creating dust from awhile back lol....so to me either, they are printing dinars on a daily basis or as needed, orrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, I have fake dinars! go figure....p.s. yes I have the paper stored away just incase for future reference....

I'm a newbie to all this so I appreciate your patience. I bought some dinar
in the $25,000 notes. It was cheaper than the smaller denoms. How will (if at all) this affect me when it's cash in time?

If everything goes according to plan, it shouldn't effect anything. The hope is that Iraq will RV (lets say at a rate of 1 to 1) straight up. So a 25000IQD will equal $25000.

Lets hope it plays out this way.

I too have often wondered about this 150+ countries are going to RV.

Where did this come from?

Who said it?

When did they say it?

Did they have back up to it?

Why would 150+ countries need to RV?

Which 30+ countries in the world are not going to? (only about 185 countries are members of the UN)

The reason it was more expensive for smaller notes is cuz dealers made it so. Banks didnt charge a higher rate for other notes. A dinar is a dinar, they are all worth the same.

Currently at Wells FArgo, when you order VND, they offer you bills of any Denom (subject to availability) at the same price. From 500 VND to 500,000 VND.

So it must be dealers who just want to make an extra buck or two.

The reason the smaller notes cost more is the cost of shipping and handling. The weight of 1 million dinar in 5000 notes is more than the weight of 1 million dinars in 25000 notes.

Also, takes longer to count the smaller bills than the larger bills when filling an order.

The value of the dinar will be the same when the RV happens.

Well there was no difference in price when I got my 1k notes vs my 25k notes from my bank. Also when I ordered the dinar from the dealer (before I knew my bank sold them) the shipping was the same on the 1k notes and the 25k notes for a mill. So that tells me that the only markup is cuz the dealers know people will pay more for the smaller notes for some reason. Most likely because they are under some false impression that if it lops, it wont affect smaller notes. LOL
