The Minister of Planning, Dr. Nuri Sabah Al-Dulaimi, received on Sunday, Mr. Rakan Saeed Al-Jubouri, Governor of Kirkuk and his accompanying delegation, during which they discussed ways to improve the service situation in the province and the most prominent projects, especially the rehabilitation of Baghdad-Kirkuk road and provide all the necessary conditions for its implementation.

Dr. Nouri Al-Dulaimi explained during the meeting the efforts exerted by the Ministry of Planning to provide means to support local governments and implement more vital projects, and unify national and international efforts towards better investment of allocations according to the priorities of citizens and the need for services, and contribute through these projects in providing job opportunities for young people. Improving the reality of services, especially in the sectors of health, education, education and municipal services in all districts, districts, villages and the center of Kirkuk province.

For his part, the Governor of Kirkuk expressed his sincere appreciation for the efforts of the Ministry of Planning and its endeavor to provide all appropriate conditions for the provision of services throughout the province, stressing the joint work with the public and private sectors in the optimal investment for the budget this year and the budget for next year.
