Al-Nayef added that “self-sufficiency was the result of the support provided by the Ministry to farmers and farmers, be it agricultural inputs such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and modern technologies, in addition to the availability of a water quota that contributed to encourage farmers to increase agricultural production in quantity and quality, which resulted in the provision of 17 agricultural crops throughout the year. ”.

Al-Nayef pointed out that “the current year 2019 was a year of increasing agricultural production in quantity, quality and excellence.” The abundance of local agricultural product scarves. ”

He called the "Border Ports Authority, the Organized Crime Department and health regulators to tighten measures to protect the local agricultural product."
