The Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement on the popular protests in Iraq and the issuance of statements from foreign countries and international organizations.
The ministry said in a statement received by "Al-Ahd News" copy, on Saturday, "with the continued protests calling for reform, and the issuance of statements from foreign countries and international organizations affirming the Iraqi government to respect the will of Iraqis to claim their rights guaranteed   by the Iraqi Constitution in articles 38 and 39 And 40, which establish the right of Iraqis to choose their government in accordance with the contexts in force in the Iraqi democratic system and their rights guaranteed by the Constitution to freedom of expression "without prejudice to public order and morality".
Commenting on the reactions issued by foreign parties regarding the current situation in Iraq, "the Iraqi government calls on all parties to adhere to the principle of respect for sovereignty and non-interference in Iraqi internal affairs."
The Ministry stressed its statement on the "religious reference letter on Friday, November 1, which affirms   that respect for the will of Iraqis in determining the political and administrative system of their country through a referendum on the constitution, and periodic elections to the House of Representatives, and also stresses that what is needed From reform is entrusted to the choice of the Iraqi people of all shades and colors from the extreme country to the maximum, and no person, group, or any direction, or any regional or international party to confiscate the will of the Iraqis in this, and impose their opinion on them.

With the continued popular protests calling for reform, and the issuance of statements from foreign countries and international organizations affirming the Iraqi government to respect the will of Iraqis to claim their rights guaranteed by the Iraqi Constitution in articles 38, 39 and 40, which prove the right of Iraqis to choose their government in accordance with the contexts in force in the Iraqi democratic system and their rights The Constitution guarantees them freedom of expression “without prejudice to public order and morals”.
Commenting on the reactions of foreign parties regarding the current situation in Iraq, the Iraqi government calls on all parties to abide by the principle of respect for sovereignty and non-interference in Iraqi internal affairs, and stresses the statement in the religious reference on Friday, 1 November Affirms that “respect for the will of Iraqis in determining the political and administrative system of their country through the holding of a referendum on the Constitution and the periodic elections of the Council of Representatives, and stresses that the necessary reform is entrusted to the selection of the Iraqi people of all shades and colors "No one, no group, no direction, no regional or international party can seize the will of the Iraqis and impose their opinion on them."
