The Chinese did not want to release the funds without seeing those arrests happen. I believe the Chinese are an honorable people and want this done the right way in a forthright, transparent way. I believe they are working with Pres. Trump to see those arrests …they have an agreement……..maybe even a deadline to have those arrests happen.

Mr. C: What I see in DC is a methodical method taking down of the the rats……I believe that is what the Chines and Trump have agreed to. Doing this correctly and right , and honestly. Within the law.

MZ: I think the Reset and the arrests will happen almost at once…almost at the same time.

Mr. C. I was told that within 2 hours of me signing off on what I need to do….those arrest will start……in a very big way
