For his part, Al-Ani stressed, "launching financial allocations in the stalled projects, as well as the implementation of the conservation plan approved by the Ministry of Planning, which includes the construction of schools, roads, sports and youth projects as well as other projects within the municipal boundaries."

Al-Ani said that "the implementation of those projects, whose allocations have been launched, will be followed up rapidly, especially as some of these areas have suffered accumulated deprivation due to the security situation they have gone through and the neglect they have faced over the previous years."

The minister directed the municipal and service departments in the province of Babylon to "start work immediately on the projects after the relocation of allotments and bypassing the routine in the management of the work of these projects, as well as urging ministries to resolve legal problems with companies that lagged and to explain the reason for stopping in those projects and the possibility of solving those problems through procedures A quick".
