Al-Rafidain issues clarification regarding the transfer of apartments with protection from the seller's borrower to the buyer

Rafidain Bank stated that the transfer of ownership of the housing unit in Bismayah residential complex from the original borrower who sells it to another person is subject to legal conditions, including the payment of 50 percent or more of the value of the housing unit.
The bank's media office said in a statement received by Al-Eqtisad News that the bank determined the value of the payment for the value of the apartment to be transferred from the borrower to the buyer. Project loan.
