At the invitation of Mr. David Hobbes, Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of the NATO Parliaments to the House of Representatives, a delegation from the Iraqi Council of Representatives headed by Dr. Bashir Khalil Al-Haddad, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives and a number of deputies to the United Kingdom to participate in the annual meeting of the Assembly of NATO Parliaments NATO, which will be held in London from 12-14 October 2019 at the Queen Elizabeth Center and in the presence of most parliaments of Member States.
