Teams follow up the implementation of the government program concludes its tours for the projects of the provinces of Basra, Diwaniyah and Dhi Qar

As part of a series of field trips conducted by the follow-up teams to implement projects included in the government program in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, concluded its plan for the second week of September, inspecting the targeted projects for the provinces of Basra, Diwaniyah and Dhi Qar.

The tour included visits to projects included within the ministries of oil, transport, interior, youth, sports, construction, housing, municipalities, public works, water resources and health.

The tour included projects of ports, oil refineries, stadiums, drainage stations, hospitals, agricultural land reclamation and terraces.

During their rounds, the teams met with representatives of the sectoral and executing companies, the resident engineers and technical and administrative staffs.

The teams also conveyed the instructions of the Iraqi government to the need to adhere to the schedules prepared within the government program, to complete the projects according to the timelines.
