The Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) is to send a series of bills to the Kurdistan Parliament for a vote and approval.

On Sunday, September 1, 2019, the Kurdistan Parliament opened the autumn legislative term for the first year of the fifth parliamentary session.

According to the information received (Basnews), the Kurdistan Regional Government will send in mid-month 15 draft law to the Parliament of Kurdistan for discussion and approval.

The draft laws relate to the most important issues relating to reform, investment and the KRG budget, which are included in the outlines of the KRG's new cab work program.

The draft laws are:

Reform bill
Draft budget of the Kurdistan Region
Draft Food and Drug Law
Draft Labor Law
Patient Rights Bill
Draft Law on the Protection of Physicians
Draft retirement and social security law
Private Universities Bill
Banks Bill
Foreign Relations Department Bill
Electronic Transactions Bill
Negotiating Body Bill
Access to Information Bill
Draft law on the protection of water resources
