Jawad al-Moussawi, a member of parliament's health and environment committee, revealed on Tuesday that a $ 222 million corruption deal has been set up in the Turkish and German hospitals.
"The file of the Turkish and German hospitals with a capacity of 400 beds is very slow and has not been accomplished so far, despite the initiation of those hospitals for more than 10 years, and this is a great period of work and record time."
Al-Moussawi added that "many financial and administrative irregularities accompanied the process of completing this file," stressing "allocated 222 million dollars in financial irregularities and waste of public money in the process of completing these hospitals in collusion with the Inspector General of the Ministry of Health."
