Parliamentary planning: government performance does not meet the ambition of the street

A member of the Planning and Follow-up Committee of the government's parliamentary program Raed Mimi, Monday, that the government program does not meet the demands of the Iraqi street so far, noting that the political blocs did not reach the stage of political tender mature until the moment.

Fahmi said in a statement to "news" that "the performance of the government of Adel Abdul Mahdi so far is very weak and does not meet the ambition of the street aspiring services and improve the security and political situation in the country."

Fahmi added that "the poor performance of the government came through the wrestling of the political blocs and preoccupied with taking the spoils without paying attention to the public need and interest."

Fahmy explained that "the political blocs did not reach the stage of giving a political dimension, whether in support of the government or the Iraqi street."
