The governor of the Central Bank of Iraq on Thursday, the relationship between the citizen and the banking sector is good because the citizen gets banking services smoothly.

Al-Aalak said during a meeting that included the heads of the boards of directors of banks operating in the Kurdistan region and in the presence of the President of the Association of Iraqi Private Banks Wadih al-Hantal, that the banking sector is witnessing a development in its services to the public and that the Central Bank has worked to strengthen them through its departments that communicate continuously with banks and monitor their performance For the purpose of development.

For his part, the President of the Association of Iraqi Private Banks Wadih al-Hanalal, the heads of the boards of directors of banks operating in the Kurdistan region active participation in the meetings of the Central Bank monthly to achieve the full objectives of the implementation of programs led by the Central Bank as well as resolving intersections in the procedures between the region and the center.

The participants expressed their readiness to continue communication towards achieving these important goals in the coming stage and to thank the Association's team in the region for holding workshops and seminars continuously within the region.
