Governor of Nineveh Mansour al-Murad, announced the approval of the federal government to release frozen funds to the province before 2014, and announced the start soon to rebuild hospitals in Mosul.
A statement issued by the office of al-Muradid (Basneoz) received a copy of it, that the latter met in Baghdad, the ministers of planning and health and their agents were resolved sources of funding for the reconstruction of hospitals in Mosul and start soon.
The statement added that "the Muasher obtained the approval of the Ministers of Finance Fouad Hussein and planning Nuri al-Dulaimi to release the frozen reserves of the province before 2014," and that the payment of contractors' entitlements for their work before 2014.
In turn, the Minister of Planning Nuri Sabah al-Dulaimi, today, the ratification of the release of about 113 billion dinars for the implementation of service projects and resume suspended in Nineveh province.
"The amount of 100,800,000,000 dinars (100 billion and eight hundred million dinars) has been approved within the annual allocations for the projects listed in the schedules of the Development Program of the Regions for the year 2019, except for the receivables of contractors, while the approved amount of 4,500,000 dinars (four) Billion and five hundred million dinars) within the annual allocations for projects listed in the petro-dollar tables for 2019 », pointing to its ratification« the release of the amount of 7,650,000,000 dinars (seven billion six hundred and fifty million dinars), calculated on the annual allocations of projects listed in the strategy of mitigation of poverty T 2019 in the province of Nineveh ».
The minister announced the authorization of the relevant authorities in the province of Nineveh powers of implementation and disbursement, taking into account compliance with the instructions and powers for the implementation of the investment budget for 2019 in order to avoid the routine and delay in disbursement.
