The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced on Thursday the launch of the system of study leave outside Iraq.
"The Minister of Higher Education, Qusay al-Suhail, has agreed to lift the state of delay in academic leave outside the country for scientific and humanitarian specialties," said Amjad Abdul Nabi al-Sawad, director general of the Department of Missions and Cultural Relations.
Calling for "ministries and entities not linked to the ministry and the bodies and the three presidencies to" nominate their associate to study outside Iraq and the specialties that will be in accordance with the needs of their constituencies, "stressing" the formation of a joint committee of the Ministries of Higher Education and Planning to review the applications and specialties candidates. "
