The Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, Mr. Hamid Al-Ghazi, directed the Committee to compensate those affected by military operations, military errors and terrorist operations by giving priority to the transactions of the people of Mosul and speeding up the processing of citizens' transactions.
During his visit, the Secretary-General instructed the Committee to prepare a new mechanism for the consideration of citizens' transactions, in order to raise the red tape and the redundant links in the completion of transactions and simplify their implementation, taking into account the scrutiny of transactions.
He also expressed his full support to the Central Committee in order to complete the transactions, stressing the need to give priority to the transactions of the people of Mosul in order to facilitate the return of displaced persons to their homes and reconstruction of their homes. He pointed out that the reconstruction fund of the affected areas approved the implementation of many projects in the fields of health, Roads and bridges, but it would be meaningless to complete these projects without returning people to their homes.
The Secretary-General briefed the Committee on the mechanism adopted by the Committee to pass the transactions of the affected persons, directed at the development of a new mechanism that would speed up the pace of work to complete the transactions of the affected persons in view of the financial allocations approved to compensate the affected persons this year.
