[rtl]The Financial Committee of the parliamentary, on the law of financial management inside Iraq, Manbiyeh, it is one of the fundamentals of financial and investment and expenditure by the state.[/rtl]

[rtl]The committee member Adnan al-Zarfi said in a press statement, "The law joins spending operations and authorizing the heads of units financial spending and disbursement of funds by ministries and provinces not linked to the ministries and sets the powers of ministries and governorates mechanisms of disbursement of funds."[/rtl]
