The leader of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan Mullah Bakhtiar, Saturday, that Article 140 of the Constitution can not be manipulated or changed by any politician or prime minister.

Bakhtiar told reporters during his visit to the Arbil International Fair, "Article 140 constitutional text can not any prime minister of ministers to change that text."
He added that "the Prime Minister, Adel Abdul Mahdi, better than other prime ministers, and with regard to its ability to achieve the demands of the Kurds and the Kurdistan region, this is related to regional and internal factors and his ability to confront the mentality of chauvinism in Baghdad," noting that " Working on the implementation of Article 140 of the Constitution. "
