Hi Everyone,

I bring you much news today.

I need everyone to take a deep breath and hold on to your seats. This newsletter is going to be amazing today. But in order to really get the benefit of it you have to read all the articles and see if you can make the connections between all these articles.

We also have one article in particular that is simply amazing and warrants getting the champagne back in the frig. It is one of these “WOW!” articles. We have not had this kind of news in a very long time. I know many of you are almost ready to give up but please don’t.

We know that the PM was going to present 4 candidates to parliament for a vote on Saturday then it moved to Sunday and now they are telling us not even Sunday. We are told finally they agreed on non-Iranian candidates for Interior and Defense ministers and now they are saying it is not certain anymore. Is your head spinning yet? Welcome to Iraqi politics.

This is not such good news but I can say that if this voting is eventually successful we will be on our way to getting this RV done now that the push is coming from parliament. Some even say these cabinet positions don’t matter and they plan to go forward anyhow. This was all discussed in the recent visit by the Sec of state Pompeo.

But remember the CBI still will have some work to do to get this launched and so relax and let just let it come to us. I am not saying this is going to happen overnight or even this week. But it is now being addressed and openly being discussed in the news. This is exactly what we have been waiting for.

We know the smaller categories still need to surface and this will be our sign this is for real this time and not another false alarm.

Again I am telling everyone you must make some connections with this desire for the UN to have these massive influx of immigrants into our countries.

It is so funny how they claim its for “humanitarian” efforts, “social justice” and the one that really is upsetting is this “sustainability” crap. All of course based on this hoax of “global warming”. Oh – so global warming was debunked as a hoax and they now change it to “climate change”.

This is of course all directly out of the UN Agenda 21 blueprint playbook for the new world order game– meaning a redistribution of the population and a redistribution of your wealth to them through these planned social programs.

What you hold in hard earned wealth does not matter because they plan to pass a series of bad laws to take it from you. Just like they did with the Jews in WWII. Did you know they are using the same rhetoric already to justify this confiscation of your wealth? Only now they package it differently.

Also what you hold as long standing national values and virtues does not matter because they are passing and plan to pass yet more laws to take these from you too.

Remember folks – THIS IS THE TIME TO STOP IT. NOT LATER WHEN ALL THE LAWS ARE IN PLACE AND THEY ARE WELL SEEDED IN THE GOVERNMENT.

Stop thinking so much about how rich you are going to be because the will know the money is there and they will come for it to pay for their social programs. Get it? So to me your biggest challenge now is not getting the RV but learning how to protect your assets. I am NOT talking about LLCs or Trusts either for asset protection. These things mean nothing and they will step all over these entities when the time comes to take your money.

The VERY BEST asset protection you can possibly have is to have a government in place to protect it based on the full implementation of the US Constitution, the laws and the Justice System we now cherish. This is really what the US is all about a government gone radical, extreme and haywire. Get it?

UPDATE ON THE ONGOING ELECTION SAGA

Parliament decides to hold its next meeting Sunday instead of Saturday to vote on the last four ministers. This was scheduled for Thursday then Saturday and now moved up a day. Why they keep delaying is unknow but I can only guess that there are other pieces to this puzzle we are not familiar with that are moving along side it in the background.

We know that when these last ministers are voted in this will complete the government. We have been told that the government must be completed and stable prior to any reinstatement. This has been a major requirement over the years. I am not saying this is the ONLY requirement.

We also know that there is still major corruption with the currency. How much of it is fixed and to what extent we do not yet know. But this too was told to us all that it would hold up the project to delete the zeros. Could it be fixed enough now?

We must also look at the Iranian influence and how they do not want the currency reform since they are using the excuse of the currency auctions to steal billions in US dollars from the CBI reserves. Just recently they uncovered yet another scheme to funnel that dollars to Iran out of the reserves.

So what pops out in the news on Wednesday?

The parliamentary session, which was set for Saturday, will be held on Sunday because of the Norouz holidays and the session will be void of voting on the other ministries for not reaching the curricula vitae of the candidates as agreed with Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi.

She added that the order of the ministries is still subject to political consensus between the blocks and if we have seen these days an agreement has been put to the vote but so far there is nothing, noting that the Speaker of Parliament Mohammed Halbusi said during previous meetings that the next sessions will be the rate of four meetings a week interspersed with meetings of the committees.

The head of Iraq’s National Investment Commission (NIC) has said that the Iraqi provinces are “fertile lands for investment” and have natural and human resources that enable them of making any investment project succeed.

Dr Sami al-Araji added that if capital is looking for a secure environment, then Iraq welcomes it under the umbrella of the investment law and a solid legislative environment.

The United States extended a three-month exemption to Iraq in December, allowing it to import from Iran reliable electricity, despite US sanctions against Tehran.

A State Department official said the new exemption was aimed at helping Iraq ease the effects of its energy shortages, adding that it would continue discussions with partners in Iraq to discuss sanctions on Iran.

Expanding production capacity and diversifying sources of imports will enable Iraq to strengthen its economy and development and encourage a united, democratic, prosperous Iraq free of Iran's harmful influence, according to the State Department official.

Also I want to point out we keep getting article after article on how Iraq needs investors to come into Iraq, yet they can’t without a FREE FLOW of capital and you can’t have a FREE FLOW OF CAPITAL using the currency auctions. This would be disastrous for Iraq. So they need to go international and they need to raise the value in the process or it will not work. It is all interconnected and it is time to get it done- not later but NOW! Oh -did I mention that the latest visit by Pompeo to Iraq emphasized this VERY point to the Iraq’s that the US companies are NOT going to come in unless they do it? )

ATTRACTING INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES TO WORK IN IRAQ, ESPECIALLY THE US

THE CENTRAL BANK OF IRAQ, THAT FOREIGN RESERVES GREW BY 32.6%

The Central Bank of Iraq, that foreign reserves grew by 32.6% during the year 2018, noting that Iraq's reserves of gold amounted to 96 tons.

The Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) said in a press release that the foreign reserves annual report showed a positive performance in 2018 compared with 2017. Foreign reserves grew by 32.6 percent, driven mainly by the positive difference between the bank's purchases of the dollar from The Ministry of Finance and sales through the window selling foreign currency in addition to the profits realized from the proceeds of the investment portfolio in various segments.

KUWAIT CITY — The United States’ attempts to isolate Iran, including by punishing Iraqi militias and politicians who are supported by Iranian officials, has deepened tensions not only between Washington and Baghdad but also within the Trump administration.

American military and intelligence officials said the increasing pressure on Iraq risks infuriating its Parliament, including politicians linked to Iran, which could limit the movements of the 5,200 United States troops based in Iraq.

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, whose confrontational stand on Iran has already strained ties with European allies, is leading the push for Iraq to confront its fellow Shiite-majority neighbor. He arrived in the Middle East on Tuesday to speak with officials in Kuwait, Israel and Lebanon about containing Iran.

Under plans recommended by Mr. Pompeo and some White House officials, the State Department would DESIGNATE IRAN’S MILITARY ISLAMIC REVOLUTIONARY GUARDS CORPS AS A FOREIGN TERRORIST ORGANIZATION. It would be a first instance of the United States designating a unit of another government’s military as a terrorist group; American officials said it could put United States troops and intelligence officers at risk of similar actions by foreign governments.

The plans also would designate some Iraqi Shiite militias as foreign terrorist organizations. AS A RESULT, THE IRANIAN-TRAINED MILITIAS — AND IRAQI OFFICIALS WHO SUPPORT THEM — WOULD BE SUBJECT TO NEW ECONOMIC SANCTIONS AND TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS.

The proposal was described to The New York Times on condition of anonymity by a half-dozen American and Iraqi officials and experts familiar with the sensitive diplomatic plans but not authorized to discuss them by name.

Mr. Pompeo confirmed Monday night that he was looking at various groups, including the Revolutionary Guards in Iran, after he was asked by The Times on the flight to Kuwait about the proposed designations.

“There may well be other organizations that we designate,” he said. The State Department DESIGNATED AN IRAQI GROUP AS A TERRORIST ORGANIZATION EARLIER THIS MONTH, despite opposition from the Pentagon.

The Iraqi militias — some of which were trained by Iran’s Revolutionary Guards — OPERATE WITH BAGHDAD’S APPROVAL OR FINANCIAL SUPPORT. Several are legitimate players in Iraqi politics. They are part of the Popular Mobilization Forces, an umbrella organization of about 50 paramilitary groups that fought against the Islamic State, a radical Sunni group, and are paid by the Shiite-dominated Iraqi government.

The Chairman of Qaf Holding Group Khalid Al Suwaidi said that the i-dinar platform initiative is an indication of the increasing awareness and economic culture of the State of Qatar and its understanding of future changes and requirements despite all the challenges in general. Outlook

In its fifth edition, the conference focused on discussing the effects of digital development on Islamic finance, through its main interlocutor, reviewing the experiences of the central banks in light of the major changes in the world of business and finance due to the enormous and significant development of information technology.
