Favorite Places to Eat Empty Steak

There was a wonderful steak house in Lbk Tx, gone now. I just would like to be able to sit and eat anywhere without rushing through. Going to hire a babysitter for my dad and find a good steak house that takes forever to cook their meat and be waited on from entry to exit. No salad bar, no getting up from the table unless I want to. All recommendations welcome.

The Ocean Basket, Cape Town , South Africa. Too bad my favorite restaurant is 10,000 miles from home. They have the best prawns.

The best food in the Carribbean (according to Bon Appetit magazine and verified by my stomach) is in San Juan, Puerto Rico at Budatai in the Condado District, right across from La Concha resort (which is amazing in itself).

DOES ANYONE REMEMBER THE COPPER COW THAT YEARS AGO WAS DOWNTOWN DALLAS, TX? IT WAS THE BEST BAR-B-QUE RESTAURANT THAT I HAVE EATEN. DON'T KNOW IF IT JUST WENT OUT OF BUSINESS OR MOVED TO ANOTHER LOCATION. DOES ANYONE KNOW?

The Melting Pot in Denver. It is the only place where I have eaten where the last bite is hot.

That is because you cook it at your table. No rush, either.
