Hi Everyone,

I bring you much news today.

So the news is still short again in today’s newsletter. We are waiting for the opening of the 2019 budget to begin the reconstruction. In doing so we are hoping this will also inspire the reinstatement of the dinar so investors feel comfortable coming into Iraq and investing knowing the currency is worth something and they can easily trade it outside Iraq. The updates to the investment law of 2015 are also in place and so investors can now more easily transfer funds in and out of Iraq under the law. There are also international mechanisms in place to facilitate this action. But one piece that is really needed is to have the Iraqi dinar once again listed on the global currency exchanges.

Why is this so important?

The Iraqi dinar is much needed on the currency exchanges in order to facilitate the “rate of exchange”. How else will systems around the globe determine the rate of exchange of dinar to their country’s currency if they can not go to a common currency exchange to find a rate. You must understand something. These systems are already in place before the 1991 and 2003 invasions. It was not until the UN resolution in 2003 that ripped the IQD off the exchanges. Now they must get it listed back on.

So in the process of getting it back on is what we wait for as investors. Why?

We know that in order to conduct business with the rest of the world they must significantly increase the rate of exchange on the IQD when they do post it back. Like I keep telling everyone - the VALUE is found in the Iraqi dinar it is just that the RATE does not now reflect the true value as it is being artificially suppressed due to sanctions. Oh – but we know that officially the sanctions have been “fully” lifted already since 2018. So what is the hold up then?

We know for a FACT that the month of January is the BEST (but not only) month to reinstate the dinar. We just witnessed two attempts to do it in January and both times the NSA (national security agency of the US) stopped it for security reasons. I am now hearing this was due to the sanctions imposed on Iran and that the US needs assurances in two areas before this can move ahead –

1)US forces are secure in Iraq;

2)trade with Iran will not be conducted in US dollars (see article today on agreement between Iran and Iraq on how they are going to conduct this trade payments)

This all I know and we are still in a waiting mode to how all of this gets sorted out.

But please, please for your own sanity sake don’t get on these stupid roller coaster rides with the intel guru jerks who keep focusing on a single event and they when the RV does not happen, you are depressed and saddened.

Will we have to wait until January 2020?

Come’on folks stop this nonsense. This reinstatement is not black or white. It is many shades in between and is complex. I know I said the month of January is the BEST month but I also said NOT THE ONLY month either. So why do many of you always go off the deep edge. Relax, relax and relax.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

I also want to add today that if you think you are going to just walk into any bank with tens of millions of dinars and walk out with tens of millions of US dollars in your bank account you are crazy. You are VERY, VERY wrong and naïve.

Why do I say this?

The average banks will not have the capacity to know how to conduct these large transactions. They also will not have a way to verify the currency on the spot. Most will tell you they need to ship it to the main branch to verify it. Do not let you dinars out of your hands unless you have an exchange that has taken place and the money is in your account. If the bank tells you they must verify it offsite, go to another bank. It is a simple process for them to get a machine that can easily verify the validity of your notes. The fact that they have not tells me they really don’t want your business anyhow as it is too risky for them. So go elsewhere.

Another sign to watch for is some sort of special exchange centers, established specifically for making these exchanges. We are hearing these centers are now being set up. But remember there will also be FAKE centers set up to lull you in and pretend to be a bank. Be careful! Where there are sheep there are always wolves too…..lol..lol..lol…

Remember how the banks operate. They need to make a profit. Right? So what in hell are they going to do with billions and billions of Iraqi dinar in their foreign currency portfolios of reserve currencies? They will need to sell the currency to someone with a spread to make any money off it. Right? Also where are they going to get all the funding to make these exchanges?

These are two very important questions so let’s address them today.

The other interesting point is that at this time the banks will already have a customer for the dinar. The US Treasury has already made arrangements with the major/main bank branches to buy all their dinar, if they chose to trade it. So the banks do have a customer and this is why they will be taking the dinar so easily. If it weren’t for this fact there is no way that billions of dinars could be traded and taken into the banks throughout the US by average walk-in citizens. Get it?

The answer to this first question is also the answer to the second in that it is the US Treasury that will come around the banks in armored cars, as they do on normal runs, as pick up these physical IQD notes as they come into the banks. Once re-verified by the treasury department, they will be credited back to the banks. The banks will get a set allowance of $$$, probably daily, of funds from the treasury to use for this purpose of collecting these dinars or rather to help facilitate the trade deals. It is normal for the Central bank of the US to allocate funds to the banks for these purposes. Arrangements have been completed for this purpose. Most smaller branches have no current knowledge unless you are a branch manager and even they have been told to stay tight lipped.

So if you are just fishing around to try to see what banks will accept these dinars you may have a difficult time. Legally the bank personnel can only tell you what the currency bank policy is at the time you ask. Get it?

So the government must come out with some mechanism to address informing us investors of where to appropriately go to conduct our exchanges of this currency. Some say they are planning to list 800#s to direct us. I agree this would be an excellent method. This may be true but be carful of scams as I warned you many times some charlatans will set up FAKE exchange centers and lull you in.

IRAQI BUDGET AND CONNECTION TO THE RV

I wanted to let everyone know that the 2019 Iraqi budget is now law. So where is the RV then? So, if you are one of these gurus reading this news letter today, you can now stop your bullshit to your listeners about this being an event that will trigger some RV. No, it does not have to be in the Gazetter to become law either. Of course this is your newest excuse as to why it didn’t RV today. But how long can you continue to lie to everyone?

Every year we must go through the same bullshit with these gurus. No, the RV is not in the budget nor can the rate be figured out by looking at the budget amounts either in dinars or dollars. This is nothing but more guru nonsense. Sorry everyone!

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region — The budget for Iraq for Fiscal Year 2019 OFFICIALLY BECAME LAW ON MONDAY with the signature of Iraqi President Barham Salih.

"His Excellency stressed the need to ensure basic services to people and start the construction and reconstruction phase, appreciating efforts from the government and parliament to prepare, study, and legislate the budget bill,” stated the president’s office.

Parliament passed the budget bill on January 23 before going into recess on January 29.

The MP revealed the alliance of the conquest of Hamidi Charter, on Wednesday, the intention of the Ministry of Finance to issue executive regulations for the State Departments for the implementation of the budget law, noting that THE BUDGET WILL COME INTO FORCE IMMEDIATELY AFTER PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.

"The Ministry of Finance will circulate during the coming days the implementation regulations for the budget on all provinces and different government departments."

She added that "THE FINANCIAL IS THE SAME DID NOT COMPLY WITH ALL BUDGET ITEMS IN PREVIOUS YEARS and the government parliament to monitor the implementation of the budget in the Ministry of Finance."

Do you subscribe to one of these insane, stupid idiotic gurus telling you that once the budget is opened we will see the RV? Really? You are that stupid to believe them? How many years must we go through this nonsense before you learn your lesion? However having said all this there is also some VERY good news. This articles is also telling us that Iraq can now go forward with starting the reconstruction phase 2018-2022 once the budget is posted in the gazetter. I quote from the article – “STRESSED THE NEED TO ENSURE BASIC SERVICES TO PEOPLE AND START THE CONSTRUCTION AND RECONSTRUCTION PHASE”. When will this happen?

I quote – “in the coming days”. So probably this week sometime. But again don’t expect an RV as a result of this action. Again you are going to be disappointed.

WILL THE US FORCES LEAVE IRAQ ANY TIME SOON?

There are many articles out over the weekend about the presence of the US forces in Iraq. I can assure everyone this is only the Iranian influence trying to stir up the bee hive to get them out of Iraq. They would luv to have this happen. However in order for the US forces to enter Iraq again in 2014, they required a renewed Status of Forces Agreement with Iraq. This is a legal agreement that allows them to stay and monitor not only ISIS but Iranian militias. So all this talk and false headlines that read the US is pulling out and setting time tables is all bullshit. The US just built one of the largest military bases in the world in Kurdistan and they are not about to vacate it just because Iranian puppet politicians want them to. Get it? So relax Trump is not about to let Iraq fall apart again as it did in 2014 under Maliki.

He also emphasized there are times of false pretexts of fighting for freedom and when we must realize what we are really fighting for. Basically, to be able to discern when you are being lied to about fighting for democracy and freedom when it is only used as a pretext by the deep state to go to war;

-Trump also wanted to clarify rumors and misrepresentations in his migration policies. He wanted the millions of the general public to hear it from his mouth and not the FAKE news media. He also needed to gain public opinion on a much needed border security, which by the way is not in line with UN Agenda 2021 and so we can see he sees the need to overturn this ideology of free and open borders. Trump understands the ramifications of such actions of free and open borders and is trying to stop it. The opposition is trying to prevent him from doing it.

(Mtn Goat – Folks this is what we have been waiting for since Nov 2018 since the newly imposed US sanctions took place. To see how this is going to be handled since the Central Bank of Iraq can no longer trade using the US dollar as payments. As you know this would almost eliminate the need for the currency auctions.

Why is this important?

Some say: 1)they will then use the Iraqi dinar and they will have to RV. 2)Others say it’s because they will have to step up their plans to find other sources of revenue for the banks in Iraq other than the spread from the currency auctions, which generates billions for them. This does not automatically say they will use the dinar for trade. We have see many articles that this this second option is the case and now we read that there is a new UN resolution to focus on a new payment channel using the Euro. This is a slap in the face for the US which is almost isolated in its sanctions.

There is only one way to look at this action by the UN. This is a slap in the face for the US. This is the UNs way of global governance. If they can get the entire EU to go a long with any directive they give them then they are being granted this global power as a global government. They are trying to now flaunt this new power at the US. They are challenging the US. Again like I said the UN is reverting many of the long standing allies of the US from WWII as the enemy of the world. Governors of the central banks of Iran and Iraq on Tuesday signed an agreement on a payment mechanism which is to facilitate the settlement of Baghdad’s debts to Tehran.

The deal, signed in Baghdad by Iran’s Abdolnasser Hemmati and Iraq’s Ali Mohsen Al-Allaq, mainly focuses on a payment channel that is to facilitate the SETTLEMENT OF THE ARAB COUNTRY’S DEBTS TO TEHRAN OVER GAS AND ELECTRICITY IMPORTS, AMONG OTHERS.

Upon arrival in the Iraqi capital Tuesday, Hemmati told IRNA that his trip was aimed at removing the obstacles that hinder the settlement of Iraq’s debts to Iranian exporters.

“Currently, we’re witnessing a considerable volume of exports [from Iran to Iraq] in both public and private sectors, but there are shortcomings in banking and monetary exchanges, which have created problems for [Iranian] exporters,” he said.

In addition to NATURAL GAS AND ELECTRICITY, IRAQ IMPORTS A WIDE RANGE OF GOODS FROM IRAN INCLUDING FOOD, AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS, HOME APPLIANCES, AND AIR CONDITIONERS.

The value of Iranian imports to Iraq was about $6 billion for the 12 months ending March 2018, about 15 percent of Iraq’s total imports for 2017.

The energy contracts between the two countries also contributed to a volume of trade of $12 billion last year.

Iran is currently Iraq's top trade partner, HAVING SHARPLY INCREASED THEIR TRADE EXCHANGES IN RECENT MONTHS DESPITE US SANCTIONS on the Islamic Republic.

However, in a bid to meet its energy needs, Baghdad requested the US to exempt the Arab country from its unilateral sanctions against the Islamic Republic, and was finally granted a 45-day waiver, which was later extended for another three-month period. After giving the waiver, the US said that Iraq could continue to import natural gas and energy supplies from Iran AS LONG AS IT DID NOT PAY IRAN IN US DOLLARS.

Therefore, THE COUNTRY OFFICIALLY REMOVED THE US DOLLAR IN TRADE WITH IRAN, and STARTED WORKING ON THE USE OF LOCAL CURRENCIES IN ITS ECONOMIC TIES WITH TEHRAN.

Iran’s Tuesday deal with Iraq on facilitating financial exchanges came a few days after the European signatories to the 2015 Iran nuclear deal formally announced the launch of a long-awaited direct payment mechanism meant to safeguard their trade ties with Tehran in the face of the "toughest ever" American sanctions.

Following months-long preparations, foreign ministers of France, Germany and Britain finally unveiled the mechanism -- officially called the Instrument in Support of Trade Exchanges (INSTEX) -- on Thursday following a summit in Bucharest.

INSTEX is designed to pave the way for European firms to do business with Iran while evading the strict sanctions the US re-imposed against Iran last year after leaving the 2015 multinational nuclear deal, formally called the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

RAFIDAIN BANK LAUNCHES ADVANCES TO STATE EMPLOYEES

Rafidain Bank launched a new deal of the advance of employees of the State Departments, WHICH RANGED BETWEEN FIVE AND TEN MILLION DINARS through the MasterCard card International.

The bank's information office said in a statement that a new batch of state employees' advances had been paid to more than 1,000 employees whose salaries had been settled at the bank and had received the electronic card.

The statement said that the disbursement of this advance was by informing the employee by sending him a text message informing him of the advance payment after completing all the legal procedures to grant it and disbursing it through the electronic payment tools for which the financial balance was filled.

(Mnt Goat – So these advances are in millions of dinars and this equates to just hundreds of US dollars. This is not any indication of an RV and this is not from having an Rv’d currency. This is very apparent since they are taking still million of dinars.
