"What is the Hold up" by (Anonymous) - 1/29/19

I am finding it hard to believe that the security is the hold up in the release of the RV/GCR.
I have received several emails from various contractors that have contracts in Iraq.
On the 25th of January they were paid on their contracts at the rate of $4.40 and here we sit.
You have one Guru stating the the NSA stopped the release when the NSA had nothing to do with stopping the release.
The Saturday before this last Saturday it was in fact released but we never saw why?
Now the talk is maybe the 5th of February or the 14th of February. Have you ever wondered how the Guru’s come up with these dates?
A lot of the so called Guru’s are paid to provide misinformation and any information that will keep you in the dark
January has always been the month that the rate change in Iraq.
