The President of the Parliament, Mohamed Halbusi, Sunday, that will increase the allocations of Babil province in the budget of 2019, stressing that poor planning caused deterioration of the conditions of the province.
"The Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohammed Halbusi accompanied by a parliamentary delegation arrived, today, the building of the province of Babylon and held a meeting with the governor and members of the Council to see the reality of the province."
He called Halabousi, during the meeting, according to the statement, the Council of Babylon to "stay away from political problems and provide all the needs of the people of Babylon services."
The Speaker of the Parliament, that "the deterioration of service conditions in Babylon due to poor planning and lack of funds to complete the projects stalled," stressing that "Parliament will spare no effort in providing all the needs of Babylon and the rest of the provinces."
Halaboussi pointed out that "this year's budget will be better than its predecessors by providing sufficient funds for the development of regions, as well as increased allocations of Babylon."
