Okie i am now totally confused. You indicated that last week they tried to get this throught three times but computer problems on our side stopped it. Now today we are hearing that Ebril and Maliki are the problems, if we have fixed the computor problems why can they not get it through now and why all of sudden is it a different problem. HELP

Don't be confused. There were no computer problems. Bottom line is that it's not difficult to drop a rate into that system. There isn't any other hold up than the political and security issues in Iraq. I don't know why he believed that bit of intel. I mean, if rates are free floating with all of these currencies, there isn't any reason why a new rate would need special attention. Just more bad intel.
Erbil does need to be implemented and the HCL needs to be as well. Just waiting as always.

Logically speaking, Erbil needs to be done prior to the RV. Not sure about the computer glitches, that appears to be bad intel someone gave Okie. Not the first time, it has been used as intel. Lets wait for Erbil.
